Exchange-Only Policy

We really appreciate doing business with you and while we do not offer returns or refunds, we’re happy to provide exchanges for size or style. We’ve simplified the exchange process to make sure your shopping experience with us is a great one always. Makena Collection will happily accept exchanges on the following basis:

Visit our Returns Center here
You will need your order number and email on file to start
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with next steps
To be eligible for an exchange, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed and have all original tags attached.
Free return shipping is not included for any orders.

Returns & Refunds

Makena Collection reserves the right to refuse refunds, exchanges, or credits for customers who, in our discretion, make excessive or arbitrary returns. Returns and Refunds are not accepted at this moment.
