Makena Collection will happily accept refunds and exchanges on the following basis:

Visit our Returns Center here
You will need your order number and email on file to start
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with next steps
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed and have all original tags attached.

Refunds

Makena Collection reserves the right to refuse refunds, exchanges, or credits for customers who, in our discretion, make excessive or arbitrary returns.

Refunds will only be accepted for items purchased at the original retail price.
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund to be issued.
Free return shipping is not included for any orders.
