Makena Surf Wear will happily accept refunds and exchanges on the following basis:

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
PLEASE include the following in your return/exchange package: Name, phone number, order number…indicate whether you want a refund, or exchange… if exchanging please include what style/color/size you would like.
Make sure your shopping experience with us is a great one always. We are Now shipping world wide! So please allow 48-72 hours to process orders.

Refunds

Makena Surf Wear reserves the right to refuse service, credit and exchanges to anyone who, in our opinion makes excessive or arbitrary returns and exchanges.
Refunds are accepted only if the item(s) were purchased at original retail price. Refunds will only be accepted if your merchandise is returned within 20 day of purchase. *Free return shipping is not included in any order.
